Pop sensation Britney Spears fangirl moment went terribly wrong after she was smacked by NBA star victor wembanyama’s security guard while trying to approach him for a picture and congratulate him.
According to reports, the 41-year-old singer was backhanded by Webinyama’s security after she tapped the basketball player on his shoulder.
The force of the blow caused her to lose balance, and she ended up knocking the glasses off her face. The security Personnel responsible for the incident reportedly approached Spears and apologised.
Following this, a police report was filed by the singer’s team, but the San Antonio Spurs started offering a different version of the events.
AMA stated that someone had grabbed him from behind; he also claims to be unaware of the identity of the person who had been stopped by his security until much later. Spears took to social media to talk about the incident.
She said, I get warmed up by people all the time. In fact, that night I was sworn in by a group of at least 20 fans, and my security team didn’t hit any of them.
Now Spears has added that she is still waiting for an official apology.
